Interlibrary Loan is a way of expanding the holdings of the University Libraries. We are unable to own every source needed by our patrons, so Interlibrary Loan is used to obtain material you need for your research. We also provide other libraries with our material when it is needed by their patrons.
By nature, we do not ask to borrow material from outside sources if it is owned in Pittsburg. A hold for those items may be placed at the Circulation Desk. Please see a representative at the Circulation desk for more information.
