Yes, in order to provide equitable service to all Library patrons. Fines on overdue material are 25₵ each day per item, up to a maximum of $20.00 per item. If the item is not returned and fines are not paid, a replacement cost and $5.00 processing fee is charged. If the item is eventually returned or found, only the replacement cost is refunded or forgiven. No refunds are given after four months of receipt of payment. Fines or lost charges of $10.00 or more result in blocks on PSU student records, and/or other collection procedures for community patrons.
